6. CREATOR AND AUDIENCE RELATIONSHIP

• Any audience, followers, subscribers, or users engaged through the platform are part of the Sikhona ecosystem
• Such users are considered users of Sikhona, Inc., and not solely owned by the content creator

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted to grant creators exclusive ownership of platform users.

7. MONETIZATION AND REVENUE SHARING
7.1 Platform Fees
All users agree that:

• Sikhona shall receive a percentage of any and all income generated on the platform, including but not limited to:
  • Tips
  • Subscriptions
  • Pay-per-view content
  • Live streaming revenue
  • Product or service sales
  • Audio calls
  • Video calls

The applicable percentage shall be determined and published by Sikhona.

must be clearly labeled with the words:

This label must appear:

• On the video itself, or
• In the body or description of the post

Failure to comply may result in content removal or account penalties.

10. CROWDFUNDING POLICY
10.1 Permitted Crowdfunding
Sikhona allows reward-based crowdfunding only, where:

• Users contribute funds in exchange for rewards, products, services, or experiences

10.2 Prohibited Crowdfunding
